Steps for reading other reviewers’ critiques for applications in a review meeting
IAR provides the ability for a reviewer to review others' critiques for all applications in a review meeting. This ability depends on a number of factors. For instance, a reviewer cannot view the critiques for any application with which the reviewer is in conflict; SROs can block the view of others' critiques if a reviewer has not submitted their own critique; and mail reviewers can only view their own critiques.
