eRA Information: Login.gov Unavailable Friday, May 14, 1 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. ET

We are writing to inform you that login.gov will be unavailable the morning of Friday, May 14, 2021 from 1 a.m. to 4:30 a.m. ET. 

A brief interruption of service will occur within this maintenance window with an expected downtime of under 20 minutes. Logins may sporadically fail during this time, resulting in users seeing an error message. Users can resume normal use without any additional action after the maintenance is over.

If you have already been transitioned to the required use of login.gov, then your ability to login to eRA Commons, ASSIST, Internet Assisted Review (IAR) and Commons mobile will be impacted during this maintenance window.  If you have not been transitioned to the required use of login.gov, you can still login to these eRA modules using your eRA Username and password.
