View the List of Applications by Application

This topic describes the features available on the List of Applications. By default, the List By Application view is presented to you.

The view List By Application displays all applications for the selected meeting in ascending order by application number if either a review order or discussion order exists. Otherwise, applications will display sorted by Contact PI last name (with a secondary sort of application number). For multi-project applications, components display below their parents, sorted by the last name of the subproject PI (secondary sort by full grant number).

Per application, the meeting administrator can access the grant folder; view RFA/PA details; view all scores for the application; view an individual Reviewer's scores for the application; delete or submit scores for an assigned Reviewer; submit scores for an unassigned Reviewer. Links are also available which lead to viewing the list of applications belonging to a specific PI or those assigned to a specific Reviewer.

From the List of Applications screen, you select one or more applications using the checkboxes in the Bulk Actions column, then clicking the ClosedGenerate PSS button creates the Preliminary Summary Statement (PSS). Use the Refresh button to update the information in the PSS column, changing the status from 'PSS In Progress' to the date and time the PSS was generated. (See below for more information)
