Submitting Critiques and Preliminary Scores for a Reviewer

Meeting administrators have the ability to submit critiques and preliminary scores on behalf of their Reviewers during all phases of the meeting. This is helpful for Reviewers who are absent or do not have access to IAR. Critiques and scores are submitted using the Submit Critique and Preliminary Score screen, which is accessed via one of the available submit links on the list of applications screens.

Meeting administrators can view and delete submitted scores as well. Those topics are covered in Refer to Deleting Critiques and Scores and Refer to Viewing Critiques and Scores.

IMPORTANT: To prevent scores from being overwritten while Reviewers are completing their final score sheets, IAR prevents meeting administrators from modifying scores (including submitting, editing, and deleting) during the time-frame of final scoring (i.e., the dates entered in the Control Center for Final Scores Submission Duration) when the Allow Final Scoring Submission option is set to Yes. During final scoring, meeting administrators will no longer see the [submit], [delete], or Submit Critique for Unassigned Reviewer links.
