Download Zip of Pre-SS

Once the phase date has been set that allows for the generation of the Pre-SS in the Control Center (see Create PSS), and the PSS has been manually generated (by clicking Generate PSS from the List of All Applications screen), IAR can create a file of merged critiques for each application in the meeting. This file is the preliminary Review Summary body, an MS Word document which can be downloaded and saved locally. This document is the final goal of IAR and represents the starting point for the creation of the summary statement.

IAR provides the ability to download a zipped file of all preliminary summary statements in the meeting. Once downloaded, you can modify the files as needed and import them into the Prepare Summary Statement screen in the Peer Review system.

TIP: To include Reviewers' names on the preliminary summary statement, update the meeting-wide option in the Control Center. The default value of the setting is No and must be updated in order to include Reviewer names. Refer to the Refer to Include Reviewer Name in Preliminary Review Summary bodies portion of the Refer to Edit IAR Phases and Options topic.
