View the List of Applications by Reviewers
This topic describes the features available on the List of Applications when the List By Reviewers view option is selected.
The List By Reviewers view contains similar information and features for the applications as the List By Applications view, but is grouped by each Reviewer in the meeting. In the List By Reviewers view, the links for viewing RFA/PA information and for submitting critiques for unassigned reviewers are not available.
The List By Reviewers view of the screen can be opened by selecting the List By Reviewers tab from the List of Applications screen.
The List by Reviewers screen can also be selected from the Go To drop-down menu.
When the List By Reviewers option is selected, the list of applications displays similar information to the List By Applications view. In this view, the information is grouped by Reviewer, so applications will appear for each Reviewer assigned to that application.
The table in this view is displayed as follows:
Reviewer name
The Reviewers' names are displayed as links, which open the List of Applications for Reviewer - <Reviewer Name> screen. Refer to List of Applications for a Specific Reviewer.
RO/DO if no discussion order has been created, this column displays the Review Order (RO). If a discussion order has been created, the column header will be DO instead. If neither order has been created, the applications are sorted by the PI (last name, first name).
Application number (and latest eAddition date where applicable)
The information in this column includes the grant number as a hyperlink to the grant folder and the View All Scores link for viewing all scores for all Reviewers for the specific application. If the application has at least one eAddition in its Grant Folder, the latest eAddition date is displayed beneath the grant number.
PI Name (and Parent Application PI for subprojects)
The PI's name is displayed as a link, which opens the List of Applications for PI - <PI Name> screen. Refer to List of Applications for Specific PI.

Role
TIP: To keep track of any additional material added without checking back every time, simply look for the date displayed within the link. This represents the Latest eAdditions Date.

Action options found under the three-dot ellipses icon
The options may include Submit Critique, View Critique, and Delete Critique. The Submit Critique and Delete Critique links are removed for all assigned Reviewers during final scoring.
If a column name is displayed as a link (e.g., PI Name), the information in the table can be sorted by the column by selecting that link. A black triangle icon next to the column name indicates the current sort.
