Voting Details Screen
The Voting Details screen contains cards for the early concurrence panels for the current council round, as well as cards for categories and lists and discussions, concepts, and others.
Selecting a council round
The Council Rounds drop-down at the top of the screen limits the page to the selected council round. Although it defaults to the current council round, you may select previous and next rounds.
NOTE: If you select a previous council round, the screen content will be read-only.

Council round rollover
On the rollover dates, ECB rolls over to the next council round. Voting is automatically closed for any open lists.
Early Concurrence Panel cards
The early concurrence panel cards allow you to manage early concurrence panel details and attributes, as well as view voting details. All functions are accessed using the vertical three-dot ellipsis button.

Viewing voting details for an early concurrence panel
You can view current vote counts and conflicts for projects in an early concurrence panel on the voting details screen.

Click the vertical three-dot ellipsis button in the title bar of the early concurrence panel and select Voting Details. The Voting Details screen is displayed. A count of votes, conflicts, and results is displayed. |

Click the Refresh button to refresh the voting details and capture any votes that have been submitted since you opened the Voting Details screen. |
|
3.
|
Click the Expand button for a project to view voting details. |
|
4.
|
Click the Collapse button for the project to hide the voting details. |
|
5.
|
Click the Voting link in the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to return to the Voting Details screen. |
Manage Category and Lists card
The Manage Category and Lists card gives you quick access to create categories, add categories and lists to the card, and use the card to access category and list details.
Creating a category

In the title bar of the Manage Category and Lists card, click the vertical three-dot ellipsis button and select Create Category. The Create Category screen is displayed. |

2.
|
Complete the Category Name field. |
|
3.
|
Click the Category Type drop-down and select the appropriate option. |
|
4.
|
If you select Discussion Documents Category or Realtime Applications Category, the List field is displayed. Select the appropriate list to associate it with the category. |

5.
|
Click the Save button. The category is created. |
Adding a category to the card
Before you can add a category to the card, you must first create it using the instructions in the Creating a Category section.

In the title bar of the Manage Category and Lists card, click the vertical three-dot ellipsis button and select Add Category. The Add Category screen is displayed. |

|
Complete the Category Name field. |
|
3.
|
Click the Select Category drop-down and select the appropriate option. Note that only Realtime Application categories can be added. |

4.
|
If you select Discussion Documents Category or Realtime Applications Category, the List field is displayed. Select the appropriate list to associate it with the category. |

5.
|
Click the Add button. The category is added to the card. |
Removing a category from the card

In the title bar of the Manage Category and Lists card, click the vertical three-dot ellipsis button and select Remove Category. The Remove Category from Card screen is displayed. |

2.

Click the Select Category drop-down and select the category you wish to remove. |
|
3.
|
Click the Remove button. The category is removed from the card. |
Adding a list to the card
Before you can add a list to the card, you must first create it using the instructions in the Manage Lists/Categories Screen topic.

Click the Select List drop-down and select the appropriate option. |
