Small Business Fundable Lists
Small Business Fundable lists are used to flag applications that need to be reviewed to ensure that the recipient organization can be funded. These lists are created in ECB, then automatically routed to the due diligence team for review.
Creating a new Small Business Fundable list
IMPORTANT: Only one Small Business Fundable list can be created per council round per IC. If a list has already been created, refer to the Small Business Fundable Lists topic below.

Perform a search to locate the applications you wish to add to a list. For more information on searching, refer to the Searching for Applications topic. |

2.

If necessary, use the filters to refine the search results further. For more information on filtering, refer to the Project Search Result Screen topic. |

3.
|
Select the applications you wish to add to a list using the checkboxes or the Bulk Actions drop-down. For more information on performing bulk actions, refer to the Performing actions on multiple projects topic. |

4.

Click the Send Checked to button in the lower-right corner of the screen and select Create List. The Create List screen is displayed. |

5.
|
Complete the List Name field. |

6.
|
Click the List Type drop-down and select Small Business Fundable. The Category, Voting, Voting Type, and Comments Allowed drop-downs and the Allow Application Image checkbox are grayed out. |

7.
|
Click the Save button. The applications are added to the list and it is automatically routed to the due diligence team for review. |
Converting an existing list to a Small Business Fundable list

1.

On the ECB home screen, click the Lists/Categories drop-down and select Manage Lists/Categories. The Manage Lists/Categories screen is displayed. |
The left side of the screen contains the Lists/Categories pane. Each list and category type is broken out into a separate pane.

Click the Expand button for the type of list you wish to convert. Lists in the category are displayed. |

|
Click the list name in the Lists/Categories pane to view its details on the right side of the screen. |
|
4.
|
Click the Edit Attributes link in the upper-right corner of the screen. The attributes are displayed in edit mode. |
|
5.
|
Click the List Type drop-down and select Small Business Fundable. The Category, Voting, Voting Type, and Comments Allowed drop-downs and the Allow Application Image checkbox are grayed out. |

6.
|
Click the Save button. The list is converted and it is automatically routed to the due diligence team for review. |
Adding applications to an existing Small Business Fundable list

1.

Perform a search to locate the applications you wish to add to a list. For more information on searching, refer to the Searching for Applications topic. |

Click the Send Checked to button in the lower-right corner of the screen and select Existing List. The Select List and Category screen is displayed. |

Click the List Name drop-down and select the appropriate list. |

6.

Click the Save button. The applications are added to the list and it is automatically routed to the due diligence team for review. |
Removing applications from a Small Business Fundable list
|
1.

On the ECB home screen, click the Lists/Categories drop-down and select Manage Lists/Categories. The Manage Lists/Categories screen is displayed. |

Click the Expand button for the Application Lists pane to view the lists in that category. |

3.

Click the list name in the Lists/Categories pane to view its details on the right side of the screen. |

4.
|
Select the applications you wish to remove from the list using the checkboxes or the Bulk Actions drop-down. For more information on performing bulk actions, refer to the Performing actions on multiple projects topic. |

5.

Click the Remove Selected button. A confirmation screen is displayed. |
|
6.
|
Click the Yes button. The applications are removed from the list and it is automatically routed to the due diligence team for review for removal from the list. |
