Project Search Result Screen

When you select search criteria and execute a search, the results are displayed on the Project Search Result screen.

Review the Refer to Navigating and Using the UI in eRA Modules topic for information on sorting and filtering the table, selecting visible columns, performing actions, bulk selection, exporting the table, and navigating between pages.

Modifying a search

The search criteria you selected are listed at the top of the screen.

1. If you wish to modify the search, click the Go Back button in the upper-right corner of the screen. You are returned to the Search screen and the search criteria you selected previously are listed.
2. Modify the search as desired.
3. Click the Search button.

Filtering the search results

The Filter Results pane on the left side of the screen allows you to filter the search results without modifying the existing search criteria.

Viewing available filters

1. Click the Expand button Expand button for a category to view available filters.
2. Click the Collapse button Collapse button for a category to hide available filters.

Setting filter criteria

Options in the Filter Results pane function in one of two ways:

Filters using checkboxes include Project Types, Special Selects, and Projects.

1. Select the checkboxes for the criteria you wish to include or exclude.

Note that the available checkboxes are filtered to display only those categories that can be found in the search results.

2. Click the Include button to filter for the selected criteria.

Click the Exclude button to filter out the selected criteria.
3. To clear the filter criteria for a category, click the Clear link for that category.

Note that this does not clear criteria in other sections, nor does it clear the criteria selected in the initial search.

Filters using Min and Max include Percentile and Priority Score, and Direct Cost.

1. Enter a minimum value, maximum value, or both. Note that if an application does not have a value entered for that criterion, it will be filtered out.
2. Click the Go button to filter for the specified range.
3. To clear the filter criteria for a range, click the Clear link for that value.

Clearing all filters

1. Click the Clear All link in the Filter Results pane to remove all filters and return to the original search results.

Viewing more information about a project

Additional information is available for each project.

1. Click the hyperlinked project number to view the Grant Snapshot for the project.
2. Click the Folder icon folder icon to view the Grant Folder for the project.
3. If a project has an Expand button Expand button next to the project number, there are additional ECB details available. Click the button to view them.

a. Click a hyperlinked person name to view the Person Information screen.

b. Click a hyperlinked document name to view the file.
c. Click the Edit button Edit button to add comments regarding the conflict.

Performing actions on one project

1. Click the three-dot ellipsis Actions button three-dot ellipsis button for a project to view a list of project actions.

2. Select the action you wish to perform.

c. Manage Early Concurrence
d. Create List
e. Existing List
f. Attach Documents

Performing actions on multiple projects

1. Click the Bulk Actions button Bulk Actions drop-down to view selection options.

2. Select the appropriate option to select the desired projects.
a. Check All selects all items in the search results, even those that are on other pages.
b. Uncheck All deselects all selected items in the search results, even those that are on other pages.
c. Check All Visible selects only those items currently displayed on the screen. It will not select items on other pages or items that are currently filtered out.
d. Uncheck All Visible deselects only those selected items currently displayed on the screen. It will not deselect items on other pages or items that are currently filtered out.
3. If necessary, you may clear the checkboxes for items you wish to deselect.
4. Click the Send Checked to drop-down in the lower-right corner of the screen to view a list of project actions.
5. Select the action you wish to perform. It is applied to all of the selected projects.
