Document Lists
Creating a Document List

1.

On the ECB home screen, click the Lists/Categories button and select Create Document List. The Create Document List screen is displayed. |

Complete the List Name field. |
|

Click the List Type drop-down and select the appropriate option. |
|

Click the List Type drop-down and select the appropriate option. |
|
5.
|
If desired, complete the Category, Voting, and Comments Allowed fields. |
NOTE: The Category drop-down is populated based on the categories created on the Voting Details screen.

Click the Save button. The list is created, but it is empty. |
|

To add documents to the list: |
|
a.
|
Click the Add Documents button. The Upload Files screen is displayed. |
|
b.
|
Click the browse link. The Open screen is displayed. |
|
c.
|
Navigate to the save location of the documents, select them, and click the Open button. The documents are added to the Upload Files screen. |
|
d.
|
Click the Save button. The documents are added to the list. |
|

To add council members to the list: |
|
a.
|
Click the Members tab. |
|
b.
|
Click the Add Members button. The Add Members to screen is displayed. |
|
c.
|
Select the checkboxes for the members you wish to add to the list. |
|
d.
|
Click the Add Members button at the bottom of the list. The selected members are added to the category. |
|
e.
|
Click the Back button at the bottom of the list to return to the list details screen. |

To remove council members from the list: |
|
a.
|
Click the Members tab. |
|
b.
|
Select the checkboxes for the members you wish to remove from the list. |
|
c.
|
Click the Remove Selected button. A confirmation screen is displayed. |
|
d.
|
Click the Yes button. The selected member(s) are removed from the list. |
|

To control access to a document: |
|
a.
|
Click the three-dot ellipsis button for the document and select Manage Member Access. The Access Control for document screen is displayed. |
|
b.
|
Select the Restrict Access checkbox for the panel member(s) who should not have access. |
|
c.
|
Click the Save button. The selected panel member(s) will not have access to the document. |
