Add Terms and Conditions/Milestones

This screen opens when you click the Add New Term for this Award button in the Manage Selected Terms/Milestones screen.

Use it to add a new term/milestones to the grant you're working with in that screen (that is, add it to only that grant, without adding it to the catalog).

OTA Add Milestones

Follow these steps to add a new term/milestone:

  1. Enter a name in the T&C Name field and select a Section Name from the drop-down menu.
  2. Then compose the term content in the Content field. You can use the toolbar controls to create formatted text, and use the Source button to toggle between formatted text and markup.
  3. When you're done, click Continue to add the term to the grant you're working with.
  4. The system returns you to the Manage Selected Terms screen.
