Other Portfolio User Search

This screen opens when you click Select User in the Other Portfolio drop-down menu, as shown below.

Use this screen to search for and view the portfolio of another PO at any IC.

1. To search for a user's portfolio, enter search criteria in one or more of the text boxes:
   

   • As you enter characters in the IC Code field, the system tries to auto-complete the IC name. Keep typing until the correct IC appears, then click to select it.

   • In the name fields you can use the percent symbol (%) as a wildcard character.

2. When you finish, click Search. The Search Results grid opens, as shown below.

View Other User's Portfolio

Find the user you're looking for in the search results and click View Portfolio. The selected portfolio opens in the Other Portfolio screen.

View Other User's Tasks

Once you have selected another user's portfolio as described above, you also have access to that user's tasks: You can view and complete their tasks just as if they were your own.

So when you're filling in for other users in your IC, you can keep their tasks up-to-date.

1. To begin, open another user's portfolio as described above.
2. Then select Other User's Tasks from the Other Portfolio menu, as shown here:
