Acknowledge Assignment

NOTE: This functionality is available for NIH OTA awards only.

When an NIH {PO delegates an OTA award to another PO(s), the delegated PO(s) receives an Acknowledge Delegation task notification in PMM.

When the DPO clicks the task, this screen opens, giving the DPO the choice to either acknowledge or return the delegation assignment.

Acknowledge Assignmewnt screen accept or reject the delegation.

To proceed, enter any comments you have, then click Acknowledge Assignment or Return Assignment.
