Completing the Checklist

When you click the Checklist link on of a grant that is assigned to you, Closedthe Checklist opens so you can complete it.

Follow these steps to complete the Checklist:

  1. Review the questions and use the Yes, No radio buttons to complete each item. Some questions may also require a comment. If so, a pop-up comment screen will open. Enter your comment and click Save.

  2. Guidance is available for some questions. If you see an.i icon i icon next to a question, click it to open a popup window with instructions on how to resolve the question.

  3. As you answer each question, you can click the comment bubble icon to open a comment window and enter your comments or view existing comments.

    • A grey comment icon indicates that no comments currently exist for the question.

    • A black comment icon indicates that there are current comments for the question.

    • For Checklists that are Not Started or In Progress: A black comment icon with a blue clock indicates that there are current comments for the question as well as previous comments from a prior checklist. A grey comment icon with a blue clock indicates that the question has only comments from a previous checklist.

      NOTE: Comments from only the last Checklist display. If the prior T1 or T5 was left In Progress or Not Started, it will be considered the last Checklist.

  4. While you are working, you can click Save at any time to save your answers. If you are called away, the checklist will auto-save after 30 minutes of inactivity.

  5. When you have completed all the questions, click Save, then click Complete.

  6. A The Grant Sign Off dialog opens:

  7. Click Yes to approve the award or No to disapprove. The Approve/Disapprove Grant screen opens: In this screen you can reverse your sign-off, if necessary.
