eRA schedules system-wide software releases on a quarterly basis every year to bring its system users new features and fixes. During these releases, eRA schedules downtime within a specific window in order to deploy these new enhancements.

eRA also performs regularly scheduled maintenance on its databases, modules and Web sites in order to provide enhanced IT security and increased network reliability. The maintenance will usually occur on the first Saturday of the month from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

The chart below lists the anticipated dates and important information for both system-wide deployment and scheduled system maintenance, timing of downtime and systems affected. The chart will be updated regularly to reflect the most current plans and developments.
