The Final Research Performance Progress Report (F-RPPR) will replace the Final Progress Report (FPR) for grants closeout, effective January 1, 2017. The F-RPPR will be available for use in eRA Commons on January 1, 2017.
NOTE: For small businesses, the new F-RPPR will be in effect at least 2 months later, due to the unique final reporting requirements that they face under the SBIR/STTR policy directive.

The issue affecting user connections to eRA Commons, ASSIST, iEdison and related services has been resolved.

The eRA Service Desk has received reports that users of eRA Commons, ASSIST, iEdison and other related services are inadvertently being logged off or unable to log in. The problem has been identified as an NIH wide issue.

The issue keeping users from adding publications for Trainees in xTRACT has been resolved.

Users are unable to add publications for Trainees in xTRACT currently, because of an issue with PubMed searches. Most users add their citations by searching for them in PubMed first.
The issue is being addressed and should be resolved shortly. We will update you as soon as we are informed it has been fixed.

Several iEdison enhancements will be implemented on Monday, November 14th, 2016. These are in response to user requests for more flexible options to create and download reports of an institution’s Edison data; and to better enable recipients to verify alignment between Bayh-Dole and other Award compliance requirements and a recipient institution’s own records.
The Generate Patent Report screen has been redesigned with the following new features.
