Configurable Features
TCM has several configurable features. These features can be changed at the agency, activity code, and application class code levels. Features include:

Edit tracking status between Unresolved or Archived and In-Review.

Return Submissions.

Allows setting terms at the budget period or project period level.

Display on a separate Project Period tab on the View Terms Tracking Details screen.

Type 5 Non-Competing Continuation Awards:

Users may "roll over" project period terms from other prior awards in the same competitive segment to display them on the NOA again.

Rolled over terms are not editable, but they can be reordered within their section.

If enabled, TCM email notifications include the term level (budget period vs. project period) where applicable.

Allows individual terms to appear or remain hidden on the NOA.

If tasks are set up for a term, they can also be individually displayed or hidden.

If enabled, all terms and tasks default to display on the NOA.

If disabled, all terms appear on the NOA with no option to hide them. Tasks will not appear on the NOA.

If enabled, status change emails send when a task status changes to Resolved.

The system asks users if they are issuing a revised NOA for the change.

If the user selects Yes, the email includes a sentence that a revised NOA is forthcoming.

If the user selects No, the email does not include a sentence about a revised NOA.

Terms Catalog — only available to partners using Terms, not Milestones.
Programmatic Terms — dependent upon the configuration a partner uses, either terms or milestones.
